Refund policy

Effective Date: November 13, 2025

We strive to ensure satisfaction with every course and service you purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The course has not been accessed or completed.

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Technical issues prevented access to the course and were not resolved after contacting support.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Courses already accessed or completed.

  • Promotional, discounted, or bundled offers.

  • Subscription or membership fees after the billing cycle starts.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email hi@zamsme.com with your order reference number.

  2. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Cancellations

You can cancel your course or subscription anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not retroactively refund previous payments unless eligible under this policy.
