5. Payments

  • All payments are processed through our secure payment partners.

  • Prices are displayed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless stated otherwise.

  • By making a payment, you agree to our Refund Policy (see below).


6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, are the property of ZAM SME or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Copy or share login credentials.

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.

  • Interfere with website security or attempt to access restricted areas.


8. Limitation of Liability

ZAM SME is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, access to all courses and content will cease.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be handled in Zambian courts.
